Breakfast is one of those little things in life that you don’t really think about but just go ahead and do as it’s seen as a routine. I recently started to think more about this and decided that whenever I possibly could, I would make time and effort when deciding what I was going to eat for breakfast, just like I would do with lunch and dinner (as well as snacks and tea and biscuits and supper).
For today as the weather was beautiful outside – a rare occasion in Manchester I decided to opt for the classic fruit and yogurt option, something I usually only have when on holiday in hot countries. With a mix of peaches, yogurt and raspberries mixed together in a bowl, I created a nice light meal that I would deem as healthy for providing me with two out of my five a day. Simple. Now I wonder what will be my next choice?
